How to use Emotcia balance?

Emotcia Balance is a form of a voucher that you can use for your future purchases. At the checkout, simply input the Emotcia Balance number to reduce the price for the desired experience or experience bundle! Your Emotcia Balance number can be found in the email after certificate activation.

When can I receive my experience?

After you activate your certificate on the activation page you will then need to contact the experience provider to make an appointment.

How long is Emotcia certificate valid for?

The certificate is valid for 9 months after purchase.

Can I return an Emotcia Certificate?

If you wish to return an Emotcia Certificate you must do so within 48 hours of your purchase. If it has been longer than 48 hours since the purchase was made, then you may request a refund in the form of Emotcia Balance. Such balances may only be redeemed toward future bookings at Emotcia and are not redeemable for cash. No refunds or exchanges are allowed once the Certificate is activated.

Can I buy just a gift card for Emotcia?

Unfortunately, no, not yet. But we are working on implementing this feature in the near future.

How can I contact the Experience Provider?

Having activated and selected a specific experience, you will receive an email with further instructions and contact details for the Experience Provider. If you did not receive an email, please check your SPAM folder. If you don't have an email with booking instructions in your inbox or SPAM folder, please contact our support team at info@emotcia.com or via live-chat on our website emotcia.com. Please be sure to include your certificate number and security code in your inquiry.

May I exchange the gifted experiences if I don't like any of them?

Yes. Recipients may exchange unactivated and unbooked Experiences at any time free of charge within the validity of the Emotcia Certificate time frame. To select a different experience, you need to contact our support team at (442) 279-1753 or email us at info@emotcia.com. Please be sure to include your certificate number and security code in your inquiry.

How soon can I schedule my Experience appointment?

All Experiences are subject to availability and shall be booked in advance in accordance with the instructions found on the Website and/or in the confirmation email upon Certificated activation.

How can I cancel or reschedule my Experience appointment?

After scheduling your experience all further communication will need to be with the experiece provider.
